FIRST/then was created with a simple goal: make documentation easier, more efficient, and more sustainable for the professionals who provide care every day.

As clinicians, we understand the challenges that come with documentation. Time spent writing notes, correcting errors, responding to billing requests, and managing compliance requirements often takes valuable time away from direct client services. These challenges don't just affect clinicians; they impact supervisors, billing teams, training departments, and entire organizations.

FIRST/then was founded by a RBT who experienced these challenges firsthand. After seeing the amount of time, stress, and administrative burden associated with documentation, the vision became clear: build a system designed around real clinical workflows instead of forcing clinicians to adapt to rigid software.
